My name is Sue. I love creating, learning and anything inspirational!
But… I wasn’t applying what I was learning often enough!
Since I knew I needed to get better at implementing and taking action, I started reading more about habits and productivity.
I returned to doing a morning routine to help me get ready for my day in a more focused way. Then an opportunity led me to write an eCourse on how other entrepreneurs can use a 5-10 minute routine to start their mornings.
I kept doing the routine for two reasons. The first – I was getting way more done. The second, you have to live it before you can teach it!
Why This Site?
I’m trying out what I’m learning as I go. I’ll share what I learn with you on this blog, in the newsletter, and in eCourses and products.
Why small habits? A friend used to say: “Yard by yard it’s hard. Inch by inch, it’s a cinch.” If you want to start running, do you start out on day one by running a marathon? No! That would be incredibly hard. You start with a much shorter distance.
Small habits are easier to implement.
